All appointments booked have a 48-hour cancellation policy. To cancel or alter your appointment, please contact me directly within the 48-hour cancellation window. Failure to do so will result in a full-service fee due prior to rebooking. Understandably, we do get sick sometimes.  Please reach out as soon as possible if you are feeling sick prior to your appointment- symptoms including fever or cough will be asked to reschedule and cancellation fees waived.
